Arlene has recently joined the Pacific Home Health Care Team. As a former clerk at the Office of Aging, Arlene experienced first hand some of the issues facing our homebound seniors in Saipan. Arlene is dedicated to our local man'amko, and some of our elderly seniors may recognize her from blood pressure checks in the Office of Aging Office, and homebound meal delivery.
