USCIS Issues Additional Information to Employers Whose H-1B Petitions for Health Care Specialty Occupations Have Been Denied

USCIS is denying applications, and they admitted they made a mistake. Due to the U.S. economy, and unemployment at an all time high, I suspect this is actually a ploy by the U.S. government to frustrate employers into hiring U.S. workers.
